Q: What ages can play at The Wiggle Room?
A: Our zones are designed for crawlers up to about 8 years old. Mixed‑age families are welcome; younger toddlers have a dedicated chaos free play room.
Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A: Walk‑ins are accepted when capacity allows, but we recommend checking our instagram/facebook page or whatsapp us to guarantee a spot—especially on weekends and rainy days.
Q: How long is one session?
A: Our sessions are 30, 60 and 90‑minute long.
2. Safety & Cleanliness
Q: How often is the play area cleaned?
A: We perform a hospital‑grade clean of all zones daily after closing.
Q: Are socks required?
A: Yes—grip socks for children, regular socks for adults. Forgot? Grip socks are available at reception.
3. Pricing & Membership
Q: How much does a single visit cost?
A: HK$60/ 30 minutes, HK$120/ 60 minutes and HK $160/ 90 minutes for weekdays, HK$180/ 90 minutes for weekends, price inclusive of 1 child and 1 accompanying adult. HKD$50 for additional adult on weekends.
Q: Do you offer memberships?

4. Birthday Parties
Q: What party packages are available?
A: Private-Hire birthday party includes 3‑hour exclusive zone access, assistance with themed décor, and a dedicated party host.
Q: Can we bring our own food or cake?
A: Absolutely. We have a party room for catering drop‑offs. Just let us know in advance. We can also arrange that for you for an extra fee, you just need to show up!
Q: Do you provide decorations?
A: Default themed décor is included. Add‑ons—balloon arches, character mascots, custom backdrops—can be arranged for an extra fee.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We take Octopus, FPS, AlipayHK. Cash is also accepted.
